With over fifteen years of events and administration experience both in Australia and internationally, I have specialised as an Event Manager, C-suite Executive Assistant and Office Manager for high profile CEO's and Managing Directors.


More recently, I have become qualified and worked in the Accounting and Bookkeeping sector.

About Me

Hi I'm Joanna, but you can call me Jo. Life enthusiast, strong almond latte drinker, spicy margarita seeker and lover of travel. Also proud Mum to two cheeky kids and Wife to a very patient husband.


For the past 15 years, I’ve had the pleasure of working in various industries, dedicating myself to supporting and improving processes, all while savouring the satisfaction of achieving collective goals.


But after welcoming my second bundle of joy, I knew it was time for a change. Shifting gears from the corporate world, I embarked on a journey to expand my skill set and prioiritse the most important thing in my life - family. Now as a Virtual Assistant, I strike that perfect work-life balance, allowing me to cherish beautiful moments with my loved ones and be there for my amazing kids.

I handle my own expenses, including taxes, super, insurances, IT, and office equipment, to run my business. Our arrangement can be flexible to suit your needs.

How will I know the work is being done
      • At the beginning of our engagement, we establish the desired outcomes, and for transparency, I use time-tracking software and can provide reports to my clients to show where I've allocated my time.
How do I integrate a Virtual Assistant into my business
      • To ensure effective task delegation and communication, we will develop a plan from the beginning and use online tools like Trello to track progress. Open communication is vital for success, and I am committed to fostering a positive and enjoyable working relationship.
Will I be locked into any contracts
      • To ensure effective results, a minimum commitment of 3 months is required for any Virtual Assistant package, excluding hourly rates. A Client Services Agreement will be signed to protect both parties' interests.
